Does League HWID ban?

I was wondering whether League does HWID/IP bans like Valorant. Thinking about getting elocarry but preparing for the eventuality that the account does get banned whether though user error or detections and didn't want to get my main also banned as a byproduct.

They do but it's rare, mostly you just need to clear logs and you are fine, you most likely won't be HWID banned

Like clear logs after ban? Or after every session?

Nah just clear after a ban or if coming from/switching to a different platform
