Well each sub ranges from $0.5 to $0.65 normally with better prices being given for higher quantities.

There are no penalties besides having your twitch banned. The only people that are at risk of getting in trouble are the sub distributors. Please don't spread incorrect information.

About how long can you use an affiliate account for? assuming you "feed" it 10 subs a day approx

I normally ditch every account after the payday regardless of whether it got you paid or not. You can do whatever though, don't think it makes a difference.
