Your Elocarry account connects directly to your Discord account through the Elocarry Dashboard, and your subscription roles are synced automatically.
If your subscription is active but your roles have not appeared yet, or you recently changed your linked Discord account, please first confirm that the correct Discord account is connected in your dashboard.
Visit your account settings page:
- Go to your Account Settings in the dashboard located in Security & 2FA.
- Click on the Discord tab and link the correct Discord account to sync to your Elocarry Subscription
Please note:
Each Elocarry account can only have one Discord account linked at a time.
This helps prevent abuse and keeps account linking secure. If your roles do not update automatically through the dashboard, please contact Support directly so we can check the sync and assist further.
