They are different. A detection means the build is at risk and we have likely paused it. Your account is fine, so wait for the green light. A ban means the game has actioned your account, usually with an in-game message. Stop using the build, check status, and read the ban guide before you go anywhere near a fresh account.

A hardware ID ban targets your machine, not just your game account, so a brand-new account on the same PC can still get flagged. The options change per game and per anti-cheat, so ask support for the current approach on your title before you do anything.

No. Stream-proof rendering is built into the overlay on every supported game, so viewers, screen shares and recordings see a clean game while you keep your ESP. It applies everywhere. There is no per-game exception. Use Display or Game Capture rather than capturing the whole desktop, and record a short private clip to confirm before you go live.

Yes, but you need the right build. Because the overlay is invisible to capture software by default, we keep special record-enabled builds for creators. Ask support or Barry in Discord and we will set you up with one.

Our anti-leak system flags accounts when it spots HTTPS interception certificates on the machine, the kind that Fiddler and mitmproxy install. The product cannot run on a network with broken SSL, so those certificates and any matching proxy have to come off before you can carry on. Sometimes, and every live offer is published in our official channels: the Discord and our EPVP threads. Yes. Every figure on the site is pulled from our live catalogue when the page is built, so what you read is what checkout charges. Prices are set and charged in GBP. The currency switcher converts the display only, which is why non-GBP figures show as an approximation.

If a cheat does not work after our team has stepped in to help and been given reasonable time, you may be eligible. Contact support with your order ID and the steps you have already tried. No. Your licence is personal and non-transferable, and sharing or selling it breaks the terms. One account per person, too. Multiple accounts are not allowed. If you need to move to a new machine, ask support rather than handing your login to anyone.

Check your spam folder first, because that is the usual culprit. Make sure you are using the same email address you paid with. If it still does not arrive, contact support and the team will sort it with you.

Something is blocking it from running. Make sure Windows is fully updated, uninstall Vanguard, ESEA, FACEIT or any other boot-time anti-cheat, and run the loader from the correct PowerShell. If Discord is blocked or throttled in your country, use a VPN that routes all of your PC traffic rather than just the Discord client. An out-of-sync Windows clock also stops the loader validating your session, so resync date and time while you are there.

It is nearly always another overlay drawing on top, or the display mode. Disable other overlays, restart and re-inject, set the game to Borderless or Windowed Fullscreen, and check whether the F5 debug console opens. If it does, the build is running and the problem is the layer, not the cheat.

Cap your FPS to your monitor refresh rate or turn on V-Sync, enable Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling, and install the latest NVIDIA or AMD drivers.
