Suggestion: Cassiopia URF Mode toggle

Please add a setting for cass to not spam Q every time it is off cooldown because the wind up animation ends up consuming most of the time. Please only spam Q if there is no poisoned enemies in E range and cast Q only few milisec (time for q wind up) before Current target poison wears off
