I really love Twitch, love that guy !!! I feel like the RAT has the highest possibility to carry low Elo games . I play in NA , perhaps I can meet some lulu players or supports so I can learn the game more. I am from NYC and I am currently an Electrical Engineer in a HV Power Plant.
