Tainted
I personally like it compared to set 1. I like the how they somewhat force you to have more synergies in your build instead of just a couple in the late game. It seems a lot more balanced compared to the previous set as well. I do think they need to buff the late game synergies like some of the 6 piece sets. They just feel under powered for what it takes to achieve them. I also like how they increased the board size and added the element mechanic to it. It forces you to think about and switch up your board positioning throughout the game. Of course though in a game like this I don't think there will ever be perfect balance. There are just to many variables to control. Overall though I feel they did a good job with the set. So tell me what are your opinions on the set? Link to comment
MrCamper
Well im 25 ranked games in, Gold 3 (Diamond 2 last season) and I do like the added variation that the new series brings but it seems to me that their are only a couple of builds at the moment that will net you top 4 every time. I'm not sure if it's different in lower ranks but its very difficult to transition into these builds unless you aim to go to them from the start as everyone else will already be using them. We will have to wait and see what happens in the next patch / meta change as I would like there to be a few more options than their are currently. Edited November 24, 2019 by MrCamper Link to comment
