Refund Policy and Process

Elocarry offers refunds only under specific conditions. Since all products are digital and access begins immediately after purchase, refunds are handled carefully to prevent misuse.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if:

  • You experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented usage, and

  • You contacted support for assistance but the issue could not be resolved.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Detection or ban claims.

  • Misuse of the product.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • User error or failure to follow setup instructions.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

  2. Provide any requested screenshots or error logs so we can verify the problem.

  3. If your case qualifies, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that refund decisions are final.
