Game objects or items not rendering or appearing while in game is due to object visibility to fix this issue you’ll need to adjust “Object Visibility” in DayZ, follow these steps:

1. Open DayZ and navigate to the video settings.
   
   
2. Look for the Terrain visibility and Object Visibility settings.
   
   
3. Adjust the sliders to Increase or Decrease the visibility of terrain and objects.
   
   
4. Save your settings to apply the changes. Relaunch the product and the rendering issues should be fixed!
   
   

Notes:

• These settings are client-side, meaning they will only affect your own visibility in the game.
  
  
• Server owners can also limit these settings to control how far players can see from the server’s perspective.
