Each user is allowed one HWID (Hardware ID) per account, meaning you cannot switch devices freely without an approved HWID reset. If you’ve changed hardware or need a reset, follow the steps below.
HWID Reset Process
1️⃣ Visit the HWID Request Page
Our system will automatically detect if you need an HWID reset. Simply go to:
2️⃣ Submit Your HWID Reset Request
- If a reset is required, you’ll see an option to request a new HWID.
- Click the Submit Request button.
3️⃣ Wait for Staff Approval
- Once submitted, our staff will review your request as soon as possible.
- Do not spam support your request will be handled in the order it was received.
