Game running as administrator even with command line

1. Open the Windows Registry Editor
   • Press Win + R, type regedit, and hit Enter.
   • Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control (UAC).
     
2. Navigate to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
   
3. Modify the following registry values:
   EnableLUA → Set this to 1.
   ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin → Set this to 5.
   PromptOnSecureDesktop → Set this to 1.
   
4. Restart your PC
   • After making the changes, restart your computer for them to take effect.
     

After applying these steps, your game should no longer run as administrator unless explicitly set to do so. If the issue persists, double-check that the values were saved correctly and ensure no other system policies are overriding these settings.
