I press play and nothing happens: Loader response issue

If you press “Play” and the loader doesn’t respond, or it asks you to download the loader, this could be due to an out-of-sync PC timezone.

Quick Fix:
  1. Open Date & Time Settings:
    • Right-click the clock on your taskbar.
    • Select Adjust date and time.
  2. Enable Automatic Sync:
    • Turn on Set time automatically and Set timezone automatically.
  3. Sync Time:
    • Click Sync now under Additional settings if needed.
  4. Restart the Loader:
    • Close and reopen the loader, then press Play again.

This should fix the issue. If the problem continues, please contact support.
