Loader stuck on “Thank you for moving your mouse”

If your Elocarry loader keeps displaying the message “Thank you for moving your mouse” and doesn’t proceed further, this is likely due to the loader not detecting a physical mouse.

The loader requires input from a physical mouse. If you’re using a touchpad, trackball, or other non-mouse input devices, the loader may not register your movements.

  1. Use a physical mouse: Connect a standard USB or wireless mouse to your computer.
  2. Try moving the mouse again: After connecting the mouse, move it to allow the loader to detect the input.
