Rust Radar
Rust is the only game in our catalogue where the radar draws the actual map. It loads the server’s rendered map image with auto seed and size detection, so players, NPCs and entities sit on real terrain, roads and monuments instead of on a blank grid.
That changes what the radar is for. A dot on an empty circle tells you someone is north-east of you. A dot on the rendered map tells you someone is at Launch Site, on the road between you and your base, or already inside your compound. Radius, range, zoom and opacity are all yours, and the circular dish with smoothed edges stays readable at any size you set.
What the Rust Radar does
Every radar and map option below is in the live Rust build.
- Full Map Overlay (rendermap PNG)
- Circular Map Dish, Smooth Edges
Spreads the aim movement across several frames, so the lock reads like a fast human flick rather than an instant snap.
- Auto Seed / Size Detection
- Reload Map Button
- Radius / Range / Zoom / Opacity
- Player / NPC / Entity Dots
- Distance On Dots
- Local Marker + Facing Triangle
Marks you at the centre with a facing triangle, so every other dot reads as a direction relative to you.
- Visible / Invisible / Friendly Colours

How the Rust Radar works
What the radar resolves between leaving your base and getting back to it.
Loads the real map
Full Map Overlay pulls the server’s rendermap image with auto seed and size detection, so every dot sits on the terrain, roads and monuments you actually play on. A reload button re-pulls it when the server wipes.
Separates who is who
Player, NPC and entity dots draw independently with visible, invisible and friendly colours, so a scientist holding a monument never reads the same as a group pushing your base.
Puts a range on every dot
Distance On Dots prints a number next to each contact, so you know whether the player on the road is a fight you can reach or one to walk a long way around.
Why the Rust Radar wins fights
Rust is a game of long walks with everything you own on your back. Most of what kills you is a player you never saw, at a monument or on a stretch of road you had no reason to expect them on. Reading that off a real map before you leave the treeline is the difference between banking a run and restarting the wipe naked.
The local marker with its facing triangle is what makes it usable while you are moving, because it shows both where you are and which way you are pointing without you translating grid squares. Radius, range, zoom and opacity let it sit as a small corner dish while you farm, then open into a full map read when you are deciding whether to commit to a raid.
Rust Radar FAQ
Does the Rust radar show the real map?
Yes. It loads the server’s rendered map image with auto seed and size detection, so players and NPCs appear on actual terrain, roads and monuments rather than a blank grid. There is a reload button for when a server wipes and the map changes underneath you.
Does it show scientists and NPCs?
Yes. Player, NPC and entity dots are separate layers with their own colours, so a scientist holding Launch Site never gets confused for a player pushing you. That separation is what keeps a monument run readable.
Can I tell my group from strangers on it?
Yes. Visible, invisible and friendly colours apply to the radar dots, so your own group reads differently from a stranger, and you can see at a glance who currently has line of sight on you and who does not.
Is the radar better than the Rust ESP overlay?
They answer different questions. The overlay tells you what the player in front of you is holding and wearing; the radar tells you which monument is occupied and whether anyone is between you and home. Most players run both, because a Rust wipe is mostly travel.
Is the radar a separate purchase?
No. It is part of the full Rust cheat. One licence unlocks the radar and every other feature in the build.
How do I get the Rust radar?
Pick a duration on the Rust page and pay. Access and your Discord role are granted instantly, then you load the build and toggle the radar in the menu.
