  1. I can just imagine it. My own personal Faker duo. That's the dream
  2. Haven't done a question of the day in a while because I've been getting a tad bit busy, but now that I've found some time I believe I should ask this question! What do you believe would be the "Holy Grail" of League Hacking? This is not limited to scripts that automate combos for you. This is game manipulation/hacking where anything is possible! Godmode, instant teleport, Map/Wallhacks. What would be the ultimate cheat you could think of for League if it were possible? Please note that these are not to be taken as suggestions for EloCarry. EC isn't going to add gamebreaking/impossible exploits. However, it's fun to speculate on what could have happened if League didn't have secured info/a decent anticheat. If I were to have any sort of hack for League, I think my Holy Grail would be to boost my AD/AP without any use for items. A damage exploit to take over my lane, easy last hits, and fast kills early to further my damage even more would break the game in my favor. It'd also be pretty incognito if I play my cards right. Say I use it slightly at the start just so that I have a LITTLE bit more damage than the enemy adc. I'll be able to harass and they would be none the wiser that I had strength. As I grab new items, I would increase my AD by about 50% each time. And if I'm "fed" then one shotting will simply look like I'm fed out of my mind. Of course, if this were any sort of possible, people can use this against me just as well. That just means I can either rage back and take a ban OR toggle off and take the safe L. What would you guys want? I look forward to the responses!
  3. I feel like with this we are expecting something long, but definitely some extra formatting would definitely help in readability. Adding bullet points, some center justification on important points, stuff like that can really help readers follow. But overall I enjoy the guide!
  4. I'm personally gonna dress up as 2P alt costume from Soul Caliber. My skin tone fits real nicely so it makes me happy to be able to cosplay her! Unlucky for me I do have a class that night so people will end up seeing how much of a degen I truly am.
  5. I personally thought that we'd really use the discord to hang out in voice chat and chill talking about EC or even using it for general use. It would be nice to have a thriving discord community, but at the same time our main community is right here on this forum. I still do appreciate this suggestion though!
  6. I'd like to talk about how difficult it really is to achieve Security and Convenience when it comes to not just EloCarry, but our time spent digitally. The short answer is that it's difficult, but the long answer is that it's difficult because the more Security we put in place to keep ourselves anonymous or otherwise undetected, the more inconvenient we have to make things for ourselves. For example, we all have multiple accounts across many websites and games. How many of those sites/games do we use the same username? The same password? If our info is leaked once, then we get caught everywhere else. That's a security risk for the sake of convenience. Another example would probably be Rift as we were required to patch our OS into test mode just so we could script in League. I do recall Rift saying that he had access to player info whenever people played so he could determine if people were telling the truth about detection and whatnot. That's all fine and good, but that also meant he had our account information which could be leaked at any time. Some say he DID leak the info, but ehh who can really say? I got banned after the exit scam so maybe he did, maybe he didn't and was detected. So EloCarry has a very steep mountain to climb in order to keep us protected at our convenience. There are some truths we have to accept though. 1) We HAVE to give access to our account info that EloCarry finds necessary. This means stuff like how many times we injected, what games we injected in, etc. I don't know any specifics and honestly not knowing the specifics is fine, but we at least need to give that info to EloCarry to better the platform's security/detection. 2) We HAVE to give real info about ourselves. This is pretty important as most of us(er... all of us?) who are on this forum has already given our IDs and whatnot. So not only are we dealing with security in the digital world, but we're dealing with it IRL. It's really easy to mask yourself online, but to do so IRL you'd have to jump through hoops. It's inconvenient for someone to constantly fake that so it's important to have this. With this, we can stop Riot at the door assuming we know their identities OR anyone with malicious intent trying to tear down the platform or otherwise being an inconvenience to everyone else. These are the two points I can think of that can potentially pose as a security risk for us while also being a security measure for our convenience. This is a compromise they are going for as far as I can tell (feel free to correct me since I'm a dummy dumb dumb). Okay so we get the gist of what EC is doing on that front, but what else are they doing to keep us secure while being convenient? For starters, we don't have to do much of anything on our end as the user. Everything is pretty much done in the backend of EloCarry. We can set up scripts/settings right here on the site whether on PC or Mobile. We don't have to patch our OS into Test Mode just so we can script on League only to switch back to play other games that block Test Mode. That's a lot of convenience, but also our info is secured. Riot shouldn't know that we're scripting anytime we inject. Rather, they should be doubtful that we are scripting if EloCarry stays undetected. Nobody else should know our real names other than @Zlitz unless we willingly tell others. Nobody else should have access to our League accounts other than maybe Vector for info purposes. Nobody should be able to access our EloCarry accounts with 2FA. And lastly, nobody else should be able to access EloCarry's cheat that hasn't been invited even if they happen to cop a download whether it's sent through email or usb. We have to believe that EloCarry has that security for us built around our convenience which is much more than what other platforms can say. Rift was supposedly secure, but was a definite inconvenience to the end user with patching OS. L# was mostly secured during the final days while also convenient~ish(script quality got worse due to apis being rushed). EloBuddy pretended to be secured then leaked their entire userbase(allegedly but I'm willing to believe it since I don't even remember). And it just kept going until we're here today where private platforms are trying to stay private yet no currently known/public platforms are aiming for security and are barely being convenient. All we currently have from these platforms are words. Some being honest about detection, some denying it. Many have closed shop and all we can do is trust that this is the platform we choose to stay at. I personally believe in EloCarry, but I won't deny that they have an uphill battle for trust. Sorry if this feels like a jumbled mess. I literally woke up thinking about security since I had a class about it recently. Thought I'd talk about it a bit and why it's difficult to start up a platform that aims to be secure yet convenient. Just being on the internet is a risk, but we have minimized it to the best of our abilities while staying convenient. If we wanted TRUE security, then we wouldn't ever want to interact with anyone pretty much ever which isn't that convenient or fulfilling really.
  7. Well written guide for new scripters! Most of the veteran scripters such as myself should already know that as long as a platform is undetected it doesn't matter how obvious or how many reports you get in low elo. However, Riot does manual ban in high elo given a streamer or well known pro player catches you. I don't recall anyone being manual banned in low elo, but I could be wrong since Riot seems to be stepping up their ban game by a little. A better reason to stay lowkey with scripting is to keep the platform itself undetected from public view. This won't necessarily prevent Riot from detecting a platform with their anticheat if we were detected, but it will prevent people from seeking out the exact script and trying to get it detected. Of course, that could hardly apply to EloCarry due to how the current security/privacy works here, but say there were hypothetically some undetected public scripts. Riot could have easy access to those platforms and get them detected as they need if they knew where to look. Even some private platforms could get detected this way if they aren't careful with their selection. Security is important and keeping low key helps with that.
  8. Well not including the bot games, I played Nami as a support during free week with some friends. I was unaware that I was really a "support" so I stole kills and didn't understand the concept of a "carry". I simply believed that whoever got the kill deserved the kill. Nowadays, I give kills to the carry until I believe they are worthless and will take my time elsewhere. First game of a bot game I had someone tell me that Garen's E doesn't work on towers and I was always wondering why we had to move with right click by default instead of left click like other point and click games. I realize now how stupid that was because Right click is so fucking comfortable I could never bring myself to flipping the keys just to left click move.
  9. I appreciate the kind words! I do my best whenever I have time to come on! Haha! Thanks! I used to be pretty quiet especially during the L# days. I had two accounts so I could do botting on one and script with the other! This place is just so different and helps me feel like I belong. Let's all have a great time with EloCarry!
  10. Hi! I'm XavierFaux! I've been in most every scripting community since BoL in Season 3 all the way to Rift's exit scam. Some people have seen me under a different name possibly, but I ultimately decided to settle with this name for EloCarry. Because I've been in this community for quite a long time, I know what makes a base scripting platform a good platform and I can tell EloCarry has a good starting foundation. I hope to enjoy EloCarry with the rest of you when it's finally released!
  11. You're thinking of Sida's orbwalker I'm sure since not only was it the best in terms of performance, it was the one script you can purchase while using BoL for free. It was only unfortunate that the detection was what held Sida back in terms of wanting to ever be used by me personally. Evadeee was just good and I was happy to have used it at least once.
  12. There are also a few other platforms missing from this list, but you can argue they aren't too notable. In no particular order... EloSharp - Literally only had like a simple White and light blue logo and never released and I can't recall if they ever had proof that they had something working. EloKnight - Promised to release then went absolutely silent, safe to say they cancelled before release. Was gonna be a slotted semi-private script iirc. HesaEngine - GOD this was bad, but I tried it anyways because "maybe they can do something?" and I was wrong... it was never good and lead to Hesabot being discontinued shortly after. Hu3Sharp - At least I think this is what it was called. They got C&D before they even released due to one of their devs having their real name on Github. And we also have other private competitors that I won't name because they directly compete with EloCarry and are currently functioning so don't want to advertise them lol.
  13. Rule 3 to dodge "comps that tilt" I have never done before and honestly it's something I probably should do more often... Assuming I don't script. Thing is... I've gotten tilted off EVERY comp I had to face because of that one champion that gave me PTSD one game. BUT I know that every game is winnable especially if I know that the entirety of the comp falls flat against my pick/team's pick. I know that being tilted off the face of the planet will end with me doing worse and not winning as many games as I should, but at some point I learned to control my tilt and instead learn how to not tilt when I'm against comps I don't particularly enjoy. Low elo w/ scripts I found myself blazing through w/o a second thought just sticking to my guns that despite their good comp I was just the better player(which turns out to be mostly true up until Plat 1 ish). Some games I've lost with superior team comps due to incompetent teammates, but those games are a lot rarer as you climb as you can't assume every player is bad at higher elos. I'll take to heart that dodging is important, but tbh I think it's lowkey fun to tilt a bit. At some point winning every game w/ scripts becomes a chore so the games where they feel like a challenge to my macro become some of the best fun I ever had even if I lost/got a bit tilted. Maybe that's just me being weird, but having fun is the most important part with a game!
  14. Glad I recently bought an EUW acc! Coming from NA I already know my lag is pretty bad, but it's workable for now. Probably only for memes and not super serious games. Team name, if following the EC acronym, could be something like "Endlessly Carrying" or something lol
  15. Based on something Faker said, I'd like to suggest that maybe we have an awareness script to show the direction someone was headed towards when they enter FoW. For example, if the jungler leaves a lane, the waypoint they take would show a general direction of where they're headed. This could potentially help in figuring out if they're trying to invade, gank another lane, or head back to their own jungle based on the direction of that waypoint. Of course, the player could bluff after vision is lost, but not every player lower that Dia will be able to determine when they've been spotted or when they're out of vision. Not necessarily the most important implementation of extra awareness, but I think this would be a neat feature to read players better.
  16. Holy Fuck! Good job @Shaun! This looks amazing! But now I'm wondering how it'll look on mobile since that's gonna be a huge feature for functionality.
  17. I'd love to get an amazon gift card!
  18. I would agree it's hard to stay active when all of us have lives outside of EC. However, for the moments you ARE active, try to look for the most recent post and put some thought into your response. If you suddenly have an idea that the community might like, post about it! Even if you only get one day a week to do something, as long as you do it nobody can say you didn't try. I'd also like to say, establishing your presence by taking some time to get to know other users as well as @Zlitz whenever he's available will help a ton to meet this "quota". *NOTE* You won't always get the same results if the community doesn't seem to like your idea or post. We won't always agree on everything such as one of my earlier suggestions. In the end, we're all trying to get invited so it's best we try to contribute even if it ends up not working out. TL;DR Post what you're thinking and get to know the other users! (includes threads when nobody's online and you gotta wait for others or Memebox when people are available to talk every so often!)
  19. Holy fuck these stories are good! The fact the girl slipped up with the whole "you have to be 21" thing just fucking killed me. Like, come on! Second story is just fucking nice dude.
  20. These are great changes! Anything to help the community understand how to get invited and making the invitation process even easier while keeping privacy/security in mind will always be good! You're probably right that we'll have way more time to bond when EC releases, but I do believe it's nice to have a one on one talk with the one and only @Zlitz. Regardless, I hope we can all have fun together! Maybe we'll have a good ol' EloCarry get together on release? Haha! Would be nice!
  21. Welcome! We all have to start somewhere! The first step to being good at something is being bad at something! You'll definitely be able to climb! Especially since we have some people in the community willing to help out other members! Whether you're looking to hardcore climb or just have some good ol' fun, EloCarry will be here to provide!
  22. Welcome to your new home! I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!
