You can freeze an active recurring subscription once every 90 days for up to 30 days. Please note that this option only applies to active subscriptions. One-time purchases are not eligible.
Steps to Freeze Your Subscription
- Log in to your customer dashboard.
- Open Billing from the sidebar.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription you would like to manage.
- Click Cancel.
If you are eligible, you will be shown the option to freeze your subscription before cancellation is completed.
If You Do Not See the Freeze Option
If the freeze option does not appear, this means the subscription is not eligible, or the freeze option has already been used within the last 90 days.
