When compensation applies
If a cheat is completely offline for more than 60 consecutive minutes, you may qualify for compensation, based on the length and impact of the downtime. Short maintenance and updates do not count, and we post those in Discord status.
How to redeem
- Watch the live status channel in Discord
- Contact support once downtime passes the 60-minute mark
- We add the agreed time or credit to your account
