You may be eligible if a cheat does not work after our team has stepped in to help and been given reasonable time to resolve it. The issue must be related to cheat compatibility, not damaged hardware or a corrupted Windows installation.
What is not covered
Bans from anti-cheat systems are never refundable. That is true everywhere, not just here.
Accidental purchases of a product are not covered either.
