Item duplication, paid for in magazines
Duping is the newest part of the DayZ build, and it runs off magazines. Hold a gun with a magazine loaded, keep a spare compatible magazine in your inventory, select the item and press the duplicate hotkey. One magazine is spent per copy, the item appears to move, and the copy is there when you relog. It works on whole containers too, so a protector case full of magazines, duped once, refills the stock that pays for the next dupe. Every copy gets its own item ID instead of sharing the original's, which makes it far harder for server-side checks to flag than an old-style dupe. Magic Bullet and the aimbot
DayZ fights are ambushes. One side sees the other first, the first hits decide it, and losing costs a character that may have taken weeks to gear. Hold the aim key and Magic Bullet moves your rounds onto the target, so your crosshair never visibly snaps to anyone. Correction Distance sets how close a round has to pass before it is moved, Custom Bones with a random bone stops every hit landing on one spot, and Max FOV and Max Target Distance keep it to shots you could plausibly make. Ignore Admin Clothes, Ignore Godmode Players and Ignore Invisible Players stop it emptying a magazine into someone who cannot die, and the Friend System keeps it off your squad.
See the server before it sees you
Most of a DayZ life is empty country, and most deaths come from the one player who saw you first. Player ESP draws every survivor through terrain and buildings with a box, skeleton, health, name, distance and the item in their hands, so you know whether the figure on a Berezino rooftop has a rifle or a can of beans. Bullet Trajectory shows where a shot came from, which in a game with no killcam is otherwise a guess. Infected, animal and vehicle ESP cover the rest: the horde you would have walked into, the deer that feeds an inland run, the car nobody else has found. Admin, godmode and invisible checks flag anyone who is not a normal survivor.
A loot wallhack that skips the ruined gear
Looting is most of the game, and a lot of what you find is worn out. The wallhack layer draws items, containers and corpses through walls with their condition, so Damage State and Hide Ruined Items leave only gear worth walking to. Cargo Count shows how much a tent, crate or car holds before you open it. The filters split loot into categories, guns, attachments, ammo, explosives, melee and base building, each with its own colour and range, and Whitelist and Blacklist by Class narrow a run through the Tisy barracks to the exact items you want. On community servers, Hidden (modded) Item ESP and Custom Entity ESP pick up the loot a server has added.
Guns, ammo and the rest of the Misc tab
No Recoil and No Sway are built as a server anti-cheat bypass rather than a local tweak, so a burst at medium range stays on target even when your character is cold or hurt. Magic Reload fills your gun with rounds you do not own and lets any calibre fire from any gun. Railgun rounds fly with no drop, and Bullet Replacer and Custom Bullets change what you fire. Around those sit the quality of life options: NVG Self for night vision with no goggles, No Foliage, a wider FOV, brighter nights through Change Eye Accom and no forced weapon lift in a doorway. No Clip, the speedhack, teleports and Force Disarm Players are there too, and they are the options to use with care.

The protection options, Anti Kick / Anti Ban, Anti Freeze, Death Protection and the smoke and flare spam guard, answer server admins and other cheaters, not BattlEye.
