Represent the games you play.

Ambassadors are the players our community turns to. You play your games, help people in the Discord, report what breaks and test builds early. We give you the role, the recognition and access to the games you represent.

What ambassadors get

Everything is per game. Represent one title or several, and each one stands on its own.

Access to your game

Ambassadors can be given free access to the games they represent, every edition of each one, for as long as they stay active in them.

Your role in the server

An Ambassador role, plus a role for each game you represent, so the community knows who to ask.

Early builds

When a game has a beta build to test, its ambassadors are the people we ask first. Your feedback shapes what ships.

Your own dashboard

An Ambassador tab on dash.elocarry.net shows your games, your activity, beta tasks and anything you have submitted.

What we ask

Being an ambassador is about being around. Activity is what keeps your access, game by game.

Play the game

Regular sessions in the games you represent. This is the activity that matters most, because it is what makes you worth listening to.

Help other players

Answer questions in the Discord, point people at the right guide and be a friendly face for new members.

Report what breaks

Clear bug reports and honest feedback, especially on beta builds. A good report names the game, what you did and what happened.

Show it off, if you create

Clips, guides and streams are welcome and count toward your activity. Not required, but they help.

If a game you represent goes quiet, we remind you before anything changes. Going away? Book leave from your dashboard: your free access for those games pauses while you are gone and comes back on its own when you return. Anything you have bought yourself is never affected.

How it works

From application to your first day, in four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Apply

Tell us who you are, which games you play and why. It takes about five minutes.

  2. Step 2

    We review it

Staff read every application by hand. We look at how much you play and how you show up in the community.

  3. Step 3

    You are approved

Your ambassador roles land in the Discord and the games you represent are set up on your account. We email you when it happens.

  4. Step 4

    Get set up

Sign in to your dashboard with the email you applied with, link your Discord, and you are ready to go.

Apply for the Ambassador Programme

Five minutes, no CV. Be specific about the games you play: that is what we read first.

Use the email on your Elocarry account if you have one. Your ambassador dashboard appears on the account with this address.

Your roles are given on Discord, so we need to know who you are there. Join the Elocarry server before you apply.

Optional. Anything that shows what you do.

We reply by email or Discord. No spam, ever.

Ambassador FAQ

What is an Elocarry ambassador?

A player who represents one or more games in our community. Ambassadors play those games regularly, help other players in the Discord, report bugs and test early builds. In return they carry an Ambassador role in the server and can be given free access to the games they represent.

Is it paid?

No. Ambassadors are not paid. If you want to earn money for bringing in customers, that is the affiliate programme on the Rewards page, and you can do both.

Do I need to be a customer to apply?

No. Anyone in the community can apply. You do need a Discord account, because the ambassador roles are given there, and an Elocarry dashboard account with the email you applied with, which is where your ambassador tab appears once you are approved.

How do I keep my free access?

By staying active in the game it is for. Access is tracked per game, so each game you represent stands on its own. Your dashboard shows how each one is tracking, and if a game goes quiet we remind you before anything changes.

What if I am away for a while?

Book leave from your ambassador dashboard. While it runs your free access for those games is paused, and it comes back on its own on the day you return. Anything you have bought yourself is never touched.

How long does a review take?

Every application is read by a person, so it depends on how many are waiting. If you are approved, we email you at the address you applied with and your roles appear in the Discord.

Can I apply again if I am turned down?

Yes. Places depend on which games need ambassadors at the time, so a no now is not a no forever. Apply again later through this page.

Want to earn from what you share instead? That is the affiliate programme on the Rewards page.
