What the tiers mean, who is on top, and who to pick if you are still learning.
What the tiers mean
Killers are graded on how hard their power is to play against in organised lobbies. S tier powers beat the basic chase loop outright, so good players end chases fast and snowball. A tier are strong and well-rounded, B tier reward map and perk knowledge, and C tier lean on perks to keep up. Difficulty is graded separately, so a top killer like The Nurse can be S tier and still be one of the hardest to learn.

If you are learning, strong but easy killers are the move: The Nemesis, The Doctor, The Pig, The Shape. They reward good fundamentals without the steep execution of Nurse or Blight.
