When we use it

Sometimes the fastest way to solve a setup or performance issue is to look at your machine directly. We only ever connect with your permission, and you stay in full control of the session.

How to connect

  • Download AnyDesk from the official website: https://anydesk.com/
  • Open AnyDesk — you will see a 9-digit ID on the main screen
  • Reply in your ticket with your AnyDesk ID
  • Accept the connection request when our team is ready

Stay safe

Only ever share your AnyDesk ID with verified staff inside an open ticket. Staff never DM you first, and we will never ask for your password or payment details. End the session yourself once we are done.
